As a new play dramaturg, I am dedicated to helping a script be true to itself through equal parts rigor and generosity. I want to empower playwrights to be bold in their work by providing honest impressions and encouraging open collaboration.
I put my commitment to new plays into practice in my freelance work and as an ensemble member at Avalanche Theatre, a storefront theatre company dedicated to developing new plays by Chicago playwrights.
